REVIEW UPDATE:
SunRocket is now out of business and that leaves ViaTalk as our top pick.
SunRocket was very good at first, but they slowly degraded and it took them
out of the picture entirely. ViaTalk is very affordable and dependable as our review
will clearly show, if you're an ex-sunrocket customer looking for a new
provider since Sunrocket went under, then check out ViaTalk.

SERVICE QUALITY
ViaTalk performed very well on our Comcast cable modem. Once in a while
there were small drops, but overall the quality was very acceptable, we
only conducted 3 International calls to the UK, all sounded great.
Local calls sounded as good as standard telephone service if not even better.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
We only need ViaTalk's support once, and that was during our initial setup. Our
equipment settings where wrong, so we opened a ticket and in less than an hour my
 adapter setting was tweaked and corrected. We were very impressed with the
response time. It seems most support is handled via their ticket system, which is
fine as long as it's speedy and accurate, in our case it exceeded those expectations.

PRICE & VALUE
ViaTalk's pricing is very competitive and aggressive, especially if your already have
unlocked equipment, if not they will provide you the TA (terminal adaptor) to get
you going. If you have you own equipment, they offer a BYOD (bring your own
device)  plan. Their plans start at $12.95 for 500 outgoing minutes and $19
for the unlimited minute plan. Via Talk offers plans both home and business.

While ViaTalk is not the cheapest service it is priced very reasonable compared
to other VOIP providers; like Vonage and Packet 8. Between Via Talk and
SunRocket, it would be very tough choice, but if SunRocket's limited coverage area
serves you, then we suggest SunRocket, otherwise ViaTalk is our second
choice among VoIP service providers, beating Vonage and Packet 8 in our reviews.
