SERVICE QUALITY
SunRocket worked each and every time we tested them. In our weeks of testing,
we did not experience one outage with our Verizon DSL & SunRocket combination.
International calls did break up a little, but overall it was very acceptable.
Local calls sounded as good as standard telephone service if not even better.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
Sunrocket is one of the few Voice Over IP Phone companies that you can
get quick friendly responsive customer service by a simple call. Their customer
service at the time of the review is based in the US, which means you are
speaking to native English speakers. I hate to sound bias, but I do not like trying to
translate my problems to some one reading a cue card and giving me canned
responses that are of little help. I have to say SunRocket is above the curve!
Overall customer service scores a whopping 5/5 stars!
PRICE & VALUE
SunRocket comes in 2 plans, unlimited minutes and 200 minute plan where you pay
for minutes only if you exceed your minutes and only at 3 cent per minute.
All incoming calls are free. You are billed for outgoing minutes only.
Unlimited service is $17.95 a month and 200 plan minutes at $9.95
SunRocket's call logs show you both incoming and outgoing calls,
the caller/call recipient, the phone numbers, the time and date of the call,
and the duration of a call. You can also click to call directly from the call log.
While not the cheapest service it is very fairly priced, considering the quality of the
service and having instant access to customer support.
